A top of the range 3 part timber loft ladder of tremendous quality and style.
For ceiling heights up to 2870mm.
Important features:

Supplied complete with timber frame - outside measurement 680mm x 1175mm
Frame fitted with rubber draught excluder to prevent heat loss and draughts
Trap door made to sandwich construction with full 50mm polystyrene insulation
White faced trap door (3mm masonite on inside and outside surface) to blend with existing decor
Concealed hinges for better finish
Good pole and hook for safe lowering and raising of trap door
Gas piston counterbalance, smooth 'finger tip' operation
Simple height adjustment
Will suit virtually all applications
Ladder sections 'sit' on trap door, no loft clearance required
Bottom section fitted with non-slip rubber feet
Complete with moulded architrave to cover joint between frame and ceiling (supplied fixed to timber frame)
